In our continued series of demo videos, we provide an overview of how jobs are managed within the Kickserv platform. Jobs start as unscheduled jobs and move to the scheduled tab once they're assigned. When a technician starts working on a job, it becomes in-progress and transitions to the corresponding tab. Once completed, the job is moved to the completed tab. Users can easily reschedule or put jobs on hold, and these actions are reflected in the appropriate tabs. Detailed information about each job, including customer details, job history, charges, expenses, time tracking, notes, and attachments, can be accessed by clicking into the job. This comprehensive view facilitates efficient tracking and management of jobs as they progress through different stages until completion.
