In the first part of our four-part video series demonstrating the Kickserv mobile app, we follow a technician in the field from scheduling an estimate to converting it into a job opportunity. The technician receives a notification to visit a customer's house for an estimate. Opening the app, they clock in upon arrival, record charges for the estimate, add expenses, write notes, and attach photos or videos. After completing these tasks, if the customer agrees with the estimate, the technician marks the opportunity as won and clocks out. The event is then marked as complete on the main dashboard.
