Q: Okay, what's the deal with the Free plan? Is it really free?
A: With the Free plan, there is no monthly subscription cost to you. All that we require is using our online payments feature which does have normal transaction fees associated with collecting credit card payments. This (most likely) will replace the merchant account that you were already using. Manual payment logging is not included on the Free plan.
We offer the Free plan as a way for smaller, mom-and-pop shops to finally have the ability to move off of paper and pen and into a faster, more reliable way to manage operations, juggle scheduling, and make getting paid easy.
