This video explains how to manage multiple technicians on one job efficiently using Kickserv. It emphasizes the importance of administrators managing tasks effectively, including assigning different technicians to specific tasks within the same job. Kickserv offers the option to create multiple events for the same job, allowing separate tasks to be assigned as individual events with different technicians for each task. This can be done either when initially creating the event or after it's created. We demonstrate how to edit events within the job record, assigning different technicians to each task. You can also set different tags for each task to provide technicians with flexibility in managing their time cards. We then show the messenger option for staying in touch with technicians and customers.
